This extensive Rose Bay penthouse renovation was delivered across more than 700 m², requiring detailed coordination throughout a substantial residential footprint. Works extended across the kitchen, bathrooms, living areas and private spaces, with a strong focus on bespoke joinery, clean architectural junctions and consistent material transitions.

Natural stone, warm timber tones and restrained detailing create a cohesive material palette throughout the residence. Expansive living spaces and harbour-facing outdoor areas were carefully integrated into the renovation, resulting in a highly resolved penthouse that balances significant scale with refined construction and detailing.
